Everything and the receptionist was perfect.

The staff are evasive however the client relationship manager was able to apologize and handle my compliant but I dont think that’s a behavior that most of the staff will drop soon. When they knock on your door, they don’t wait for your approval to come in; they simply use their key to unlock and come in. Very strange behavior

Our reception by Ms. Khadija, in sweet English (was like French) and smiling, the hospitality by the concierge. Housekeeping: Helpful and courteous staff with Ms. Khadija, her assistant Ms. Khadija and her team. Khadija happens to be a very common name in Morocco and has a reason to it. Breakfast: Spacious breakfast area with natural light and colorful wall art, Hostesses Soumia, Soumia (personal attention to my wife), Karim (for his meter high Moroccan mint tea), Good spread of dishes with lots of choice on the warm food items. The calamari with spicy sauce, pan cakes, semolina cakes (at restaurant) and spicy edamame at YUZU on terrace bar are some items I would eat again on my next visit. I also liked the business center with soothing music and hassle free connectivity.

What truly makes this hotel exceptional is the staff. The level of hospitality, professionalism, and genuine kindness is unmatched. A special thank you to the supervisor, Madikha, who went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. Her customer service is outstanding—always helpful, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. I also want to highlight Oumayma and Moussa, who were both incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. Honestly, the entire team creates such a positive, warm atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. Great service, great vibe, and truly amazing people. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-tier experience.

Nice and spacious rooms, good breakfast. Tea/coffee facilities in the room.

The breakfast was good with a lot of varieties, stuff are very friendly, a local tax payment collected by the hotel never mentioned in the booking price quoted.
