The room size was very nice. We booked two rooms, but the air conditioning in both was broken. Because it was bayram a holiday, there was only one person working in the entire hotel. The hotel's location is good.

I had a great experience at Mid Town Hotel. The location is excellent, very central and convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the gentleman at the reception who was kind and welcoming. I didn’t get the chance to try the breakfast or dinner since I arrived too late, but overall, everything else made up for it. I really enjoyed my stay, and when I return to Casablanca, I’ll definitely come back to Mid Town Hotel.

“Don't have high expectations and you'll be fine”
I really liked the location. As a single woman I could walk around with no issues. There were a lot of diverse restaurant choices nearby as well as shopping/twin towers if that is your thing. The walk to the water/mosque was about 35min and then there is a corniche to walk along. Enjoyed casablanca for the day and felt the hotel met my needs as I just really slept there.

I booked in this hotel with my family but they didn't treat us well except the man who carry the bags is the one who works well,🙂 As for the person in charge of the reservations, he was not at the level and shouted at me loudly and scared my wife and she was pregnant, so I don't recommend this hotel because dealing in it is not good 😡😡😡😡
