I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel and would strongly advise others to avoid it. The reception staff were unresponsive and showed little willingness to assist, reflecting a very poor level of customer service overall. The room conditions were unacceptable, with a significant mosquito problem that made it extremely uncomfortable. In addition, the TV was not working, which further added to the frustration. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience and far below expected standards.

“Casablanca 2026 🇲🇦”
The hotel is actually part of the Campanile hotel chain... The conditions are decent, typical of a 2-3 star hotel, located near the Casablanca Mosque and the central train station, 20-25 minutes away walking, and an area with restaurants, cafes and supermarkets is about a 5-10 minute walk away. For a stay of one or two nights in Casablanca, the hotel is quite convenient, and the price-quality ratio is good.
