“Safe and convenient.”
Location convenient. Big room and balcony was nice to sit outside. Big window with view of mosque and ocean. Front desk staff friendly but took 3 requests ti get an iron even though they said they would bring one to my room. Eventually, I went down and collected one myself.

If genuine hospitality is a measure you value then I wish to strongly suggest to you this hotel. We a family of 5 comprising of elders spent 7 days in late March 2026 and felt welcomed and were well taken care of throughout our stay. I commend Ms Hafssa and ALL the amazing staff at Kenzi Basma, in name and "in-no-particular order": Ms. Hafsaa, Mr. Ayoub & the entire staff at front-reception, El-Iddrissi, Hicham (bellmen), Huda and her colleague (housekeeping), Abid, Adil, Nabil (maître d's), Najah, Kamal, (waiters). “Great hotel to stay”
Great location, sea view, in walking distance from market, medina and Mosque. Very friendly and helpful staff. We were given a compliment upon arrival - a plate of fruits, it was great and we appreciated it.

“Excellent”
We had a great family room that was organised over two floors. Comfortable beds! Amazing view on the mosque. Perfect central location. Very kind personnel, especially Abid, the waiter of the restaurant. He was friendly, helpful and very professional. It’s an excellent hotel for a couple of days in Casablanca.
