I would especially like to thank Mr. Fetah at the reception for his professionalism and warm attitude, as well as Mme Sara from the cleaning service for her excellent work and kindness throughout my stay. He was very patient from check-in to follow-up consultations, and promptly helped solve any problems. He was meticulous and professional in his work, and the whole process made people feel very comfortable and warm. The service was really excellent! The room is clean and tidy, with a high level of cleanliness. The bedding is comfortable, and the facilities are also in good condition and easy to use. Overall, living there is very reassuring. The entire hotel environment is clean and tidy, with a warm and quiet atmosphere, and a high cost performance ratio. It is suitable for both temporary travel and relaxation. My stay was wonderful. Smooth check-in and an amazing staff. Fettah was wonderful to deal with, very polite and friendly. I was waiting for my ride home when he noticed and offered me a coffee while I waited. I would definitely recommend this place.
