“Nice hotel, but reception staff need to be nicer to guests.”
The hotel is spacious and clean, comfy beds, nice shower. The staff at the bar and breakfast were all very nice and helpful.

“Mas'a ah-khadr!”
Lovely staff here. My best wishes in particular to the kind lady who checked me in and out and assisted throughout my stay. I like locations close to main transport hubs rather than the centre of the action so this hotel suited me perfectly. Recommend

“Slow service”
We booked this hotel months before and it has become non refundable, so why when we arrived at Casablanca airport we received a message from the hotel to say we had to pay immediately or they would cancel our booking as our credit card was not working, I pushed payment through to them nothing wrong with our card it worked for every other ho, our family who arrived later had their room given away and had to go elsewhere I would not book here again.
