I felt very welcome. The home cooked biscuits, bread freshly out of the oven and the fresh farm eggs are a lovely touch. Yum! Safe parking. Great location for me- enroute to Masterton for work.

We were provided home grown eggs and freshly made bread.the bread was so delicious. Awner welcomed us warmly. the view is magnificent.

Lovely cottage, very comfortable. Great location just on the outskirts of Carterton. Everything you need including continental breakfast or free range eggs if you prefer a cooked breakfast. Home baking and a freshly baked loaf of bread. Lotta was an added treat 😊 Couldn't ask for more. Will definitely be staying again.

Close to Carterton but out of town so quiet and peaceful. Plenty of room for a family. Clean and tidy with everything we needed. The host was great to deal with and provided home baking for breakfast. Our son enjoyed a dip in the pool.

We stayed 3 nights..and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.Nicole is a outstanding Host.and made us feel very welcome..The cottage has everything you need..from A good shower.dishwasher.laundry washer.. stove.And a full size newish fridge/freezer. parking is right by front door..Plenty of flat turning..the breakfast supplies are Great!!!.fresh homemade bread.jam.muesli.eggs.coffee.tea.and other items..Yummy!!Thanks kindly Nicole appreciated our stay warm regards Chris and Felicity

Wonderful little cottage, great location, lovely owners. We really enjoyed our visit and highly recommend this accomodation. It was a short stay, but we would rebook in a heart beat.

Good location, lovely host who provided us with freshly baked bread, farm fresh eggs and yummy biscuits. The cottage was very comfortable and feeding the sheep and the friendly dogs were just a bonus on top.

Close enough to Greytown/Carterton yet in country setting. Warm and nice linen. Clean and tidy.

Beautiful place, friendly hosts, such a wonderful stay!

Everything was lovely about the place. A small cozy, family friendly cottage. Loved the animals, play areas and the pool. Felt welcome and spoilt by Nicole (the host)with the home made bread and baking provided to us during our stay. We would love to return one day.

Lovely farm outlook. Owner was lovely. We arrived early and she was happy for us to come in and make a cuppa while she was finishing. Left us some lovely baking, eggs, milk and condiments. Plenty of tea and coffee and kitchen was equipt with more than we required. Has oven, dishwasher and full fridge. Beds were clean and comfortable. Water was instant hot water and shower/bathroom was equipt with hand soap, hand lotion and bodywash. Towels were big and spares in wardrobe. Would stay again.

The breakfast supplied was a really thoughtful touch, especially for a short stay.

“A quiet relaxing break”

Absolutely everything was what we wanted for a relaxing stay. Nicole and family's place is spacious, super clean and warm and with the sheep, lambs and dogs specially Lotta the gumboot dog, and the chickens and Rooster going for a stroll felt like home away from home. Nicole's treats were devine and great location between Greytown and Caterton. Awesome views.
