Everything! From the soft bed, to amazing bathroom, to snacks and welcoming drinks upon arrival. The staff was impecable in their competence and friendly attitude. The food offered for lunch and breakfast aligned exceptionally with the overall ambience of the place. And the offered SPA service was a cherry on top. Muchas Gracias.

“A great find in Cartagena”

Really good hotel in a great location - our room was so nice with a balcony and one of the comfiest hotel beds I think I’ve ever slept in.

Gorgeous communal areas but rooms were too much, Tony bathrooms , fresh towels arrived too late at night, staff speak no English and are not trained to deal with requests, food awful.

This hotel was by far the best one we have stayed at in Colombia. It’s completely worth the money. The rooms are super comfortable, so are the beds, and the best thing is that they are smartly built and well isolated. You don’t hear any noise inside and they don’t heat up that quickly. The hotel staff were super helpful, they even received a parcel for me. There was not a single thing that we didn’t like.

By far our best stay in Colombia. Everyone goes out of their way to make your stay memorable and as smooth as possible. The rooms are amazing, common spaces the same, the staff is super attentive, we would definitely book it again.

Stylistic, tranquil, great location and staff

“Trendy boutique hotel but tiny rooms and poor staff and food.”

The hotel is lovely on first viewing when you walk through the door. However, the rooms are really small and the bathroom is tiny, with a 3-inch-wide cupboard to hang clothes. The staff were utterly useless and the breakfast was disappointing. We thought it was overpriced for what it was.

Nice hotel quite funky. Bit strange not having a window in your room. But the plus side is it’s super quiet and very dark. The bed was our comfiest yet in Colombia. We slept extremely well. Staff were nice and breakfast very good. Swimming pool wasn’t really useable so don’t book here if a pool is priority. Location is very central on a very busy street. Cartagena is fabulous. We loved it

We try to stay here twice a year and thoroughly enjoy it, the beds are great. The little details, quality soaps, scents in the lobby and sweets on the night pillow make it a special experience.

Everything was great during my stay at Hotel La Casona del Porvenir. I really liked the place and its facilities — the atmosphere is charming and very comfortable. The location is excellent, with everything right on your doorstep, which makes it very convenient to explore and enjoy the area.
