“Two nights enough”
Got charged for using more than 1 bottle of water per day. Never told it was an extra charge, 3 bottles were the only thing in the room fridge. Faced the street, so noisy until early morning. Sheets & towels smelled.

“Two visit to Cartagena and would come back here in a heart beat”
The staff on site were always very friendly and helpful and could never do enough. There was always somebody to welcome us as we came in and as we left and further more, they came and greated us outside as the uber dropped us off. Staff found me a quite to work during early hours (4am) and brought me coffee to help make the work easier during these unsociable hours

“Excellent stay.”
From start to finish excellent customer service. Rooms were big with a comfy bed. The shower had a hot option, too. Within the room, air conditioning was good and cooled the room within minutes. Breakfast was good with unlimited fruits plus whatever you fancied from their menu. Mainly meat + eggs.
