There Ware work being carried out ,Men at Work roof repair So I've already made Payment for 2 weeks, Too much noise so I left a week early, Lost a week of Payment, no toilet paper I had to get my own,not a happy costumer...

“Good Value for your money”
The service was grate they even allow us in to the room as soon as we got there, before the check in time, the room was clean, AC worked fine, and the WIFI was good also even considering that after a grate storm the cable internet service died, they were kind enough to provide an alternative WIFI system. Keep in mind that there is a small kitchen in the room with and inventory (check it), breakfast is not included, is a good value for your money but is not the DANN Hotel or Caribe Hotel and as in many hotels they have the electricity switch that works with the card that opens the door, but the staff is so great that they might work a solution for you.

“Stay away from this dump.”
They did not gave me the room which I paid for. Instead I was given a tiny room without window located behind the front desk. It was like night mare as I was waiting more than one hour after a long flight the receptionist to solve the the problem. And finally to tell me that if I do not like it I can go somewhere else. Which I did at the next date. Upon checkout the y refuse to give me an invoice saying that I ll receive it on my email. Which now one month later still I do not have.

The guy on the reception was fantastic he would talk to you for ages and give you more information than a tour guide. We also needed a last minute extra night and the hotel was full but he juggled things around and was able to accommodate us. It's a good location just a few minutes walk to the caribe hotel. I found it comfortable and well priced.as it was one of the cheapest options on booking I was a bit sceptical but I'm happy I stayed there.
