“Family stay in Cartagena”
The staff who greeted you at the entrance were very friendly and helpful, facilities were clean, and the room was cleaned every morning with fresh towels and toiletries provided. The breakfast was also very good

“Not happy”
The reception took a long time to check us in even though there were two people at the desk. We stayed on a Tuesday and there is a shop/bar in front of the hotel with loud music until 3 am. We couldn’t relax. The breakfast was poor.

The breakfast was good, we’ve been to four hotels in Cartagena and the breakfast here was the best. The hotel was modern and clean.
