“Disappointing”
I will start with what I liked. Staff was kind and helpful. Location is amazing close to airport. We walked in the morning. Bathroom fixtures were new. Price was good.

The room was nicely decorated, simple but comfortable and very clean. The location is close to the airport, I was able to walk over in only 5 minutes to catch a 6 am flight. The neighborhood felt safe to walk at night! 24 hour reception worked wonderful to check out at that time. To spend a night when arriving late or having to leave early, 100% recommended.

It is within walking distance of the airport so an ideal location if you are arriving into or leaving Cartagena. . The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. It also felt secure and is good value for the cost.
