The location is good though it is a party hostel on weekends. Hot water and A/C on in the dormitory and in the restaurant downstairs. We were able to use the toilets and keep the luggage in the dorm till our departure around 12pm.

Great hostel in the heart of Cartagena, location very useful. Room are clean with great bathroom and the hostel is well decorated.

The staff were nice and helpful. The room was well kept. Air con worked well. Location was great. The room had a safe. The roof terrace was a lovely way to start or end the evening.

Calling this place a hotel is a stretch. Every single night they blast extremely loud music like it’s a nightclub, completely ignoring the fact that guests are trying to sleep. At 12:30 AM, the music is still playing at full volume. This is not normal background noise — it’s club-level sound that you can clearly hear inside the rooms, making it almost impossible to rest. It’s obvious they care far more about the customers of their bar/pizzeria than about the people who are actually staying at the hotel. If you’re a guest hoping for a good night’s sleep, you simply don’t matter here. A hotel should provide basic comfort and rest. This place does the exact opposite — it feels more like a noisy bar with rooms attached. This kind of treatment of paying guests will become their nail in the coffin, because this is absolutely NOT how you treat your own customers. Avoid if you value sleep.

The location was fantastic and the rooms & bathrooms were superb and very clean. I particularly liked the pod style dorm beds which were huge and comfy. Also all the staff that I encountered were very helpful and kind especially Juan who was a lovely young chap on reception that was always happy to help.

Amazing location in the old town center, still quiet when inside the building. Very cool style. Rooftop bar with discount for guests. The included breakfast was basic but very good. Comfortable big bed, very friendly receptionists.

The bed and capsule were comfy and big. There was hot water and good pressure in the shower. The location is great. The rooftop restaurant was nice and the pasta was very good. There is a pool but I did not use it.

The hostel was big. The staff are friendly, however, they don't tell you what promotions/ things the hostel is involved in. It was hard to meet anyone at the hostel as I was solo travelling and wanted to meet people. I met people on excursions though. There are 2 bathrooms between 18 people, I think they need to clean them more often. No lock on one of the doors! Had hot water, was spacious room. Interesting hostel was quiet and can sleep well. The bed section is nice and clean, bunks with curtains and the room has a balcony. Good air conditioning too. Also, be careful walking around and ask for the price before booking anything as they will charge you triple the price for things and be careful where you exchange your money too! Very busy city, beaches are packed! Hostel is close to the clock tower. If you want to be more around Gestamni than book closer to there, even though this hostel isn't far. The hostel definitely has a charm. No lifts, however, the staff helped with the luggage... I overall enjoyed my stay. You can also go to clubs for free, which are part included in your hostel price... Also, there is a roof top bar, which is nice and a pool at the bottom 😀 Again, great location. I would recommend not to do the 5 island tours as not enjoyable. Do either one or the 3 private island tours. Gestamni is nice to walk around in. The Chivas (dancing bus) is a lot of fun. Also go to the chocolate museum, very nice.

This hotel has an excellent, chill and tranquil vibe. It's located in the heart of the Cartagena old town and most of the attractions are approachable on foot.

Location is amazing. I took my parents on a short holiday and it was an amazing experience. The room accommodated comfortably my parents in a private room. I was also in the same room but on a bunk bed. Both beds were king size.
