The atmosphere of absolute comfort and peace, an incredible view of the lake, the cleanest air and a perfectly thought-out interior. Everything is created with love for details - from textiles to light. Very comfortable beds, pleasant smells, beautiful decor. There was a feeling that we were really expected.

“A fantastic peaceful stay on the lake”

We loved the location, quietly located on the lake shore. We enjoyed the kayaks and went for a 2 hour paddle to the island and saw a turtle. The BBQ was brilliant, and was lovely to cook and eat out. The gifts were a lovely touch and the host was super responsive to our needs. One night wasn’t enough, but better then nothing!

Beautiful location, especially handy for going into wine country. The kayaks were wonderful as was being able to have a fire. Definitely worth the price. Kim the host is lovely and provides a whole host of local recommendations.

The location is excellent and Kim and her husband are great hosts! It's the little things that make this location really pleasant. From the welcome greeting to the fully furnished flat. And the view of the lake in the morning and evening is truly breathtaking. This is a place where we will visit again in the next few years and stay a little longer!

We were greeted with a gift basket, themed for my friend’s 50th birthday… a special, personal touch! Kayaking was beautiful. We were surrounded by swans and water lilies. Beds were very comfy and everything smelled and looked clean.

Kim was a great host, she made the booking easy & simple. She greeting you on arrival & the stay was very comfortable, peaceful & clean..home away from home. The scenery was amazing & you were greeted by swans daily. So beautiful, it was also close to many restaurants, shops etc.

We had a great time at Kim’s place, the location was beautiful. We loved being by the water, enjoyed kayaking and watching gorgeous sunsets from the dock. We arrived to a lovely basket of treats which was a really nice touch. The flat was very well equipped and had beautiful views. The bird life all around was amazing. Thank you Kim for your warm welcome, we hope to come back again soon!
