The location was nice and the house was clean and convenient. The beds were very comfortable. Contact from the host was very helpful.

“Great spot in Carrick on Shannon”

It was brilliant. Very quiet, tucked away, beautiful cottage, but only 15 minutes by car from Carrick on Shannon. We found it to be a good base to explore Sligo and Roscommon as well as Leitrim.

Fabulous stay at Potters lodge , Ruth was excellent, nothing was a problem and replied immediately to any questions. Lovely cosy cottage, will definitely stay if I visit the area again

We had a lovely relaxing time at The Potter's Lodge. The place is quiet and private, at night you don't hear a sound. Everything is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. In the kitchen we had everything we needed, shower cubicle was spacious. The decor was beautiful. I liked the little cordless hoover which was very easy to use to keep the place spotless during our 4 days stay. The fact that there is no Wi-Fi is no problem because there are boardgames to keep the whole family entertained at the evenings, we had very special time together. Ruth, the owner is very friendly and she left a chocolate and a bottle of wine on our arrival. Thank you!

The cottage was beautiful, set in the countryside, very clean and homely. We happened to be there during really good weather so we made use of the lovely courtyard outside. Our host Ruth was very helpful. We would definitely stay again.

This was really a huge surprise. Everything was really great. The cottage was so clean an the interior was so luxurious. We felt like in a 5 star hotel. The surrounding are very nice and so quiet. We really enjoyed our stay there and would come back at all time!

I had an idyllic stay at Potter's Lodge. It was so peaceful there-the lodge itself is beautifully designed. I felt very comfortable...reading while also peeking out the picture window at the stone walls and cattle grazing was the mindful experience I had hoped for. I found the location ideal...Carrick is on your doorstep. I plan on returning!
