The house is comfortable, nice and and clean, you really feel at home . The double beds are super comfy and I am specially pickie with the beds. The single beds are not that comfortable, they are hard. Bathroom is great, new and clean 👌 The views to river are great

The view and surroundings were ideal for relaxation.

Very comfy beds in the double rooms, clean, plenty of cutlery and kitchen utensils. Quiet place, right on the lake which is beautiful to walk down to in the morning, heating was very easy to use, as was the shower and cooking facilities.

“Wonderful holiday let and a perfect base for exploring the area”

This is a superb rental house in a brilliant location right off the Shannon. We stayed here as a base whilst in the location for a family wedding, and it was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space for our dog to run around, great wildlife nearby if you're up early enough to go bird watching and within a 15-minute drive of Carrick-On-Shannon itself. There were plenty of facilities, including two TVs, a good-sized fridge, and a clean bathroom. It really was a great find and even better value for money.

Spotless house and extremely comfy beds. Rachael was very helpful with recommendations and flexible with check in/out times. Renting the kayaks is a must, great fun and even more fun trying to get in and out of them ! The small pitch and putt is a good addition too. Our large dog loved all the outside space and the peace and quiet. Would've liked a little more of the long grass cut for him to run around but just a very small thing as all the cut out paths to the lake, hammocks etc were perfect.

It’s incredibly family friendly with a well equipped kitchen and a cozy living area. The outdoor space was a huge hit with the kids and we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. The host were attentive and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. This house felt like a home away from home, and we would highly recommend it for families looking to unwind and create lasting memories together. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

We had a very relaxing couple of days at the lakeside retreat, very clean house and facilities, kids would love the backyard with mini golf , wooden play house, slide , trampoline etc..

Great house with a great host. Left very clear instructions and the house was very spacious and really clean when we arrived. Had a fantastic two night stay and was so peaceful will return again for sure 👌

Lovely setting and fine spacious house.

Driveway at the house had a lot of potholes, when it rains the mud and holes is bad for the car, no microwave, was no gaming console as advertised.
