I liked the accommodation in the monastery, the old city center, there is parking nearby, Easy electronic access to the hotel, a small shared kitchen and lounge area on the second floor.

Worst experience ever. I pre-pay, as usual via booking. On the day of my stay I receive an email from the host confirming me that everything is ready and giving me the procedure for self-checkin. I arrive to the site after a long day of work with my colleague and when we do the self-checkin we realize that the rooms were not prepared, dirty bed-sheets on beds, dirty towels on the floor and dirty rooms in general. I try to contact the host via phone and via the suggested number: they don't pick up the phone. After 1 hour of waiting I try to get in touch with booking.com via phone...while I wait on hold they also try to contact themselves the managers of the property, no response. I decide to leave and look for another accomodation. Booking.com is currently trying to do an "investigation" on whether I would get reinbursed for this horrible experience, although there is very little to investigate: imagine you go to your hotel and you find this embarassing situation and when you try to call the representatives NO-ONE picks up. Complete disappointment.

When we arrived at 5pm the room was not cleaned, since 3pm. I send a lot of message via whatsapp to the property, never responded

ESTHER, the concierge on WhatsApp was incredibly helpful and professional, muchas gracias pur su ayuda Esther! My room (San Francisco) was very comfortable, and the shower worked beautifully. I would recommend Clarisas Suites highly.

A little difficult to find initially (my taxi driver struggled haha) but once I found it the vibe and ambience is exactly what I needed. I stayed in the room San Francisco and its perfect 👌, excellent shower, lovely bed and Esther was super responsive on WhatsApp when I had any questions. Would absolutely recommend. I speak decent Spanish but her English is perfect and she's so kind and understanding.

Great location, clean rooms . Value for money. Room was cleaned each day and towels replaced. Very quite. The sound of nuns singing hymns in the morning was a novel experience. We visited the monastery whilst staying also. Lots of bars minutes from accommodation also less than 30 minutes to Seville airport.

Nice big family room, very beautiful authentic stay in Carmona. S. Clarisas were very nice an wellcoming.

Clarisas suites was centrally located, clean and nicely decorated. We very much enjoyed listening to the sisters singing their mass in the morning 🎶
