Hospitality of the host and staff was outstanding. Very attentive and helpful, went above and beyond to provide for everything we needed. Hotel was very clean and well kept. Good breakfast included. Excellent restaurant attached to hotel served dinner on the weekend. Highly recommend staying here!

“Hotel not good but Carmignano beautiful”

The breakfast was not great and very little on offer asking for teabags for your room felt very uncortable and there was no coffee available for the room the restaurant was closed and we had not been informed of this prior to there the air con hardly worked and the overall stay was very disappointing and we would not stay there again.

Many thanks to staff members for its wonderful service, I’m not mistaken by previous reviews giving 9 or 10 to this location.

We were looking for an accommodation that wouldn't be far from Firenze airport and this hotel was a perfect fit. Nice and quiet room with a terrace and beautiful view. Very friendly owner. There is no hotel parking but central town parking is within 5 mins walk. We tried the hotel restaurant and the grilled octopus was just amazing. Try it with local Carmignano wine :-)

“.....Tuscany, an enchantment”

The structure with a rustic style gives a touch of magic to the location. Located on the hills of Prato, it is very close by car to the most important tourist attractions in Tuscany. Prato Firenze the Chianti .... it was a delightful stay. The staff is very kind, polite and professional. The room perfect, and the view 😍

We liked location because we wanted to visit the countryside of Tuscany.

“Hot room and no private parking”

The house is a pretty Italien home located in a typical little village on top of a hill. The interior has an antique vibe which was quite nice. The elevator was conveniant.

Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff, nice breakfast, we loved everything.

The water pressure is very good, although sometimes it takes a while to get hot water flowing. Comfortable bed.

This hotel was amazing! Easy to find, the staff was always kind and very helpful. They answered any of our questions and were always available. We originally booked the stay for 3 nights, but we decided to stay another night and the process to add an additional night was super easy and we loved our stay here. Looking forward to staying here the next time we are in town!

This is our 2nd time this year staying at San Michele . Its a charming family run hotel comfortable and simple. The staff there could not be more attentive or helpful. Carmingnano is a really nice village with a few good local restaurants and bars away from the pulsating throng of Florence and incredible art and culture which is not far away.

Welcoming staff. Large rooms with comfy beds. Good breakfast with local pastries. Nice overall vibe.

The staff were incredibly warm and friendly. We asked for a late check out last minute and got one at no extra cost.
