Overview
Located in the heart of Carmel-by-the-Sea, Carmel Hotel serves a daily light continental breakfast. Guests can unwind in the outdoor hot tub. “Beautiful place and perfect place to stay in Carmel”
We booed with booking.com but the images of the room did not correlate to the room booked so we had a much smaller room the expected. However as soon as we could be moved, we was. The staff were amazing and the manager Alan Perez was exceptional at customer services. The breakfast was great too!

“Beautiful and memorable.”
The staff were so friendly and the hotel so cute, with lovely open fires, it was so cosy. Really well situated and close to walk anywhere. A really lovely breakfast. We would stay again!

Nice room with a fireplace, nice courtyard setting, very nice staff. We enjoyed the complimentary wine and cheese in the afternoon a lot.

“Friendly staff and comfortable bed.”
Nice large room & very comfortable bed. Disappointing bathroom but felt it was ok as reasonable price. Breakfast room really needs to be able to accommodate more people to sitdown. We ended up going out for breakfast as it was full when we got there so annoying we had paid for breakfast and didnt take it. Also, english breakfast tea in rooms please

Lovely welcome with cookies, wine and cheeseboard. Breakfast was simple but yummy. Bed was comfy. Good location close to shops and beach.

Beautiful, quirky hotel in the beautiful Carmel by the Sea. Lovely spacious room with balcony and little touches like the wine and cheese and breakfast. brophy’s tavern next door was great too. Staff lovely!

LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE. Gorgeous rooms, well appointed, incredibly spacious & comfortable. Brophy's bar is sensational. Amazing cookies and breakfast in the lobby. Fabulous location walking distance to the beach and main part of town.

Ample and clean rooms. Beautiful property. Jacuzzi was great for relaxing after a long day and food at the bar on the property was great (and so were drinks and service). Loved the architecture and layout of the rooms and outside seating areas.
