“Spotless,friendly, & comfy”

“Poor breakfast.”
Breakfast was a disaster there was no water or fruit at least. in relation to the price almost 200 for a night compared to other hotels of the same level that are this wait much longer. too poor breakfast.

Like the courtyard area, I enjoy being able to sit outside. Bummer that the courtyard area closes so early.

They didn’t honor the rate at which I booked at online. All 4 nights were a different rate. $97, $126, $169 and $203. When I checked in they double charged my card, so I had to use another card and as of right now I am still trying to get it corrected with the credit card company. When confronted at check out she commented on the high rate at which I was suddenly booked and then said well rates change so basically tough luck. She eventually refunded the first night, but I still paid $112 more for 3 nights than I had booked online for all 4 nights. The restaurant is actually a snack bar that wasn’t even open. The continental breakfast is just fruit. Nothing hot. The location isn’t close to anything. The room was substandard with bad towels and dirty carpet. There are no usb outlets in the rooms, so make sure you take your cube. I had to move the desk to plug in my laptop because that was the only outlet to use. My overall experience was terrible and I will never stay at another sonesta.
