“Amazing stay and host”

Location was beautiful, Annette met us to hand over the keys and show us the property. It was clean, warm, spacious and VERY good value for money! I had mentioned when booking it was our anniversary and Annette left a bottle of bubbly in the fridge for us as well as bread and treats she had baked herself!

The Breakfast was great. The homemade wheaten was great. Lovely and quiet location and not far from the local village, where there was a lovely pub, corner shop and takeaway where the food was great. Host was very attentive.

Annette couldn't have been nicer. She even drove me to Carlow to catch a bus when the bus from Rathvilly didn't arrive!

Beautiful period property, grounds where established and cared for. Some lovely touches in the property, breakfast pack fresh baked bread and treats. Would go back with the family to the 3 bed property.

We loved the rustic furniture. Peaceful and relaxing. Annette was great and she even baked homemade bread which was delicious.

Everything about this place is amazing. Annette was the perfect host. The house was fully equipped for our needs. Flapjack treats were waiting on our arrival and homemade brown bread along with breakfast items .it's such a peaceful place and I fell in love with her adorable fur baby. Will definitely be back when in carlow again.

Perfect for a night or two away from the city. Annette provides you with everything you need and the little touches were amazing - homemade bread, jam, butter - divine! Spotlessly clean too. Very quiet, peaceful, and a lovely family too! Will definitely come back
