Very good location in the city center. Free and hassle-free parking from Friday to Saturday right in front of the building. And incredibly kind and accommodating staff. The price for one night was also very reasonable. Overall, it met our expectations.

“Smelly”
The first room we were offered smelt like mildew. I asked to be rebooked and the man at the front desk very kindly accommodated us but the next room was exactly the same. I’m sensitive to mold ( pretty much nothing else but mold gives me a massive headache). It might have been bearable but the windows didn’t open . I woke up feeling really ill and couldn’t wait to leave. I think maybe the source was the air conditioners . Also although it’s not too far from either of the downtown areas or Colorado college it’s not really in a great location for walking .

Supremely perfect location in the midst of everything. Super friendly and helpful staff, mostly. Darnell was the BEST! Yummy breakfast, lots of choices. Nice and quiet, mostly business people. Free lemon water in lobby!!

Very comfortable, quiet room. Great location in centre of Carlisle and with the excellent Whisky Rebellion restaurant on site. Easy check in, easy parking and very friendly staff

“Had a delightful stay!”
The location was great, directly downtown. The restaurant in the hotel was fabulous. Food was good wine and whiskey selections were extensive. Beer options were adequate. The bed was comfortable and I actually liked the pillows, which is unusual for me.

The breakfast was good, the staff is friendly, and the location is excellent, located an easy walk from the downtown, the park, and our favorite restaurant (cafe Bruges). Parking is very easy.

“It was great. The room was clean ( especially the bathroom) and the staff was exceptional!”
The breakfast was fine but in comparison to other hotel breakfasts that we have had, it was not one of the best. They could use a hot cereal option that is not instant oatmeal, they could also use a better egg option.
