Overview
Located at the foot of the Cooley Mountains, Riverside Lodge offers free on-site parking and is just 10 minutes’ drive from the medieval town of Carlingford. Free Wi-Fi is featured in each room at Riverside Lodge, along with a four-poster king-size bed, en suite bathroom and flat-screen TV. All rooms have their own private entrance and tea/coffee making facilities are also provided. Dundalk town centre is a 15-minute drive from features a wide variety of shops, restaurants and a theatre. Rock climbing, kayaking and zorbin are just some of the activities that can be enjoyed at Carlingford Adventure Centre, which is a 10-minute drive away.

Excellent value for money for the standard of the facilities. Travelled with a big family group and we all had our own room opening out onto a lovely courtyard. Elaine was extremely friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable! Definitely will go back again

Everything was excellent from start to finish. The host, Elaine, was brilliant—so friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and beautifully presented. The location was also perfect close to local bar and restaurant.

“Pleasant stay in pleasant location”
The complementary breakfast was sufficient to get us over the first morning. Good choice of cereal. We had good weather, so we could walk a lot. Carlingford is near. There is a Greenway and a Marina there. Nice little self contained apartment. Quiet most of the time.

My stay in Riverside lodge was a truly enjoyable experience. The facility itself was amazing, with a beautiful design that created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The bed was extremely comfortable, making it easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep. The surrounding scenery was stunning, adding to the peaceful and calming environment. Overall, it was a memorable and very pleasant stay.
