Super location, a stones throw from the beach. Dogs are welcome but they do charge 10 euros per night per dog. The room was comfortable and clean, good air con and nicely decorated. We will definitely stay here again. Carbonares is a beautiful place, so clean and very peaceful, the beaches are amazing . Adorned with super restaurants and cafes where all the staff that we met were extremely pleasant. This place is very Spanish and rightly so, it’s Spain, so if you’re after a full English brekkie for 2 euro and drag shows until 2am this place is not for you.

Good location and views to the beach. Parking nearby was easy to find a spot.

We arrived with bikes and while this seemed to be a problem initially one of the ladies on reception was very accommodating and moved us to a room that was downstairs enabling us to store the bikes in our bedroom.

A very pleasent host who guided us to the local tapas bars using a map on which he outlined 4 or 5 tapes bars. We tried 2 and they were excellent. Located only a couple of streets back from the seafront with a small balcony overlooking the street but you can see the sea. We opted for breakfast here which was traditional Spanish fare of toast, tomato, cheese ect. However we were offered as much as we wanted which was great as we were on a cycling trip. Would definitely stay here again if passing through. Carboneras is a lovely town in a nice part of Spain

It was not the room I expected, too small, not well taken care. It gave onto a very narrow inner courtyard, full of wires, air conditioning units and clothing.

I liked everything about this place! I had such a good time even though I spent just one night here. It was exactly what I needed after a long 40km walk along the coast that day from Almeria. If ever I am in Carboneras again I will be Back at BF!

Great location. Very clean and modern room. Views of the sea were fantastic. Great value for money. Staff really helpful and room being serviced after first night was an unexpected nice touch.

Although the hotel is a block back from the beach, we could see the sea from our window, which was a pleasant surprise. We could get to the beach in less than a minute and could hear the sea through the open window. The room was very pleasant, spotlessly clean, very basic but tastefully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. We had a bit of a problem with the shower but the staff were super helpful and the problem was fixed in no time. All in all, for the budget price this is a great little hotel and we would definitely use it again.
