Apartamentos Aixa II are located in Caravaca de la Cruz, 800 metres from the Vera Cruz Sanctuary. They are modern, air-conditioned apartments with a flat-screen TV and a private balcony. The Aixa apartments feature tiled floors and simple décor. Each one has a kitchen with a hob, microwave and washing machine. The Aixa property has a restaurant which serves traditional Andalusian food with a Murcian influence. There is also a bar where you can get a snack or a drink. Caravaca de la Cruz is a famous destination for pilgrims. The property organises trips to the city, including museum visits and a pilgrimage certificate.

“Good for a one night stop over”
For one night the hotel was ok for what we needed. Location was easy to find and we parked in Lidl next door so there was no problem with parking either. An easy check in using key box.

“Clean and tidy with a great location”
Clean and tidy, great location to walk into the town for bars and restaurants. The castle is walkable and a must see. The staff couldn’t do enough to make sure our stay was perfect. Thank you.

“Awful, I will never book this property again.”
There was absolutely nothing to like about Aixa apartments. No one was available at check-in and even though they had been sent the required documentation they did not provide a door code in time for our arrival. I called numerous times but no one answered the phone and Booking.com Customer Services had to intervene before I could get into the apartment. The wifi is almost non-existent and when it does work it drops in and out so often that it is unusable. The listing talks about a view of the mountains but they are way in the distance behind a service station, which is directly across the road, and numerous derelict industrial buildings. Not Recommended!

“I have had better value for money in neighbouring towns.”
The location was good. There was always parking available in the street. When we requested extra towels, they did provide them although not until the following day.
