“Overall a good stay in a quiet, peaceful, relaxing and historically authentic mountain town”
Owner Rita and son Francesco was so kind to meet us at a nearby cafe as we lost our way twice trying to find them. Very friendly and helpful family. We figured the apt probably used to belong to his Nonna. They provided dried bread snacks and variety of teas.

“Cute traditional stone house in great location”
Cute apartment in old stone house. 4 people slept comfortably. We had everything we needed. Owner is very friendly. The town is very cute but be prepared for steep hills. Easy parking one minute away.

“perfect stay in a beautiful town”
very comfortable and cosy and was exceptionally clean and really well equipped. It was a lovely weather weekend during our stay and although we didn’t use it the owner had set up the log burner for us to use. Caramenico Terme is such a beautiful town …we will be back !

We really liked the house, the location, the neighbours, the surroundigns, and the fact that it was quite cool in the otherwise very hot surroundings
