“made my stay wonderful and I lived some of the best memories of my life there ;)”
the staff was great, they spoke a bit of english and italian, so we haven't had the single problem to be understood and also I was able to communicate in italo-spanish with the rest of the staff, very helpful

“Luxurious and safe”
Very safe neighborhood, delicious food options, clean and well kept hotel and hotel rooms. Delicious breakfast. Beautiful view from the hotel room and warm shower. Very comfortable bed and pillows were perfect.

“Fantastic”
The staff was friendly and very accommodating they made our stay enjoyable by giving us a city view suite as well as directions and suggestions where to eat and how to get to very interesting places , I truly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience Caracas as a great destination
