“Excellent location & clean rooms, a bit pricey”
Location is excellent , clean, good internet, the 360 bar on top is amazing, courtesy drinks were a plus. I did not try the ground level restaurant but I heard it’s decent. Didn’t try the pool but it looks ok.

“So happy with this Hotel”
Friendly and supportive staff and the location is perfect. We ordered room service dinner and it was incredible. Very nice meal. I had an emergency and needed printing some documents the Team was very nice and helpful. The suit was very spacious and comfortable to share as a family. Parking and security is great. We all loved it and if in Caracas again we'll definitely come back.

Renovations ongoing, they had parking for visitors which was very convenient. Direct access through the hotel to the roof bar was awesome. The pool has just been retouched and the setting was simply astonishing. The suites were great for receiving guests.
