“Fantastic place and hospitality”

We were two families coming for a short vacation, our visit started with the warmest welcoming by our hosts, which were available to anything needed during our visit. The rooms were clean, well equipped and spacious. We cooked dinner and hung out on the porch in the afternoon, enjoying the wonderful view of the place, the kids were playing on the trampoline and in the yard. Breakfast was generous with local ingredients, and our overall experience was that we will definitely want to come back!

Our breakfast was perfect and that home made hazelnut cake was delicious! Such a beautiful area, just ten minutes from Lago Di Vico, where we swam in the morning then had lunch in the incredible medieval town of Ronciglione. So many great places to see nearby!

The property is really nice. Nice large well kept garden around it, a swimming pool/lounge area. Room and bathroom were spotlessly clean(unlike some other places [that cost similar money] that somehow "forget" to clean the bathroom for weeks, if not months! with fungi and mould starting to live under the shower.. where in Vale di Vico - you could literally eat off the floor!) Bed was comfortable, room had heating that you could set to your preference(the nights are cold in May, so very nice to have that option) patio was very nice, looking out to the beautifully maintained garden. Included breakfast was delicious, buffet/swedish table type, very wide offer of food and drinks so you can choose what you prefer, from delicious pastries and cakes for a "italian style breakfast", to cereals, fruit, bread/toast, cheese, meat, vegetables, fruit juice/tea/coffee, and you can even order eggs or omelette to be made for you! Definitely try their hazelnut creams! and I'm sure that you'll buy some to take away! (I'm eating one as I write this ;) ) Staff made us feel very welcome, especially ladies that served breakfast.

I loved the breakfast, the pool and how quaint the place was. The air smelled so good here. We were close to a town with great restaurants.

A lovely vacation, the accommodation is full of greenery, phenomenally maintained, well-equipped, clean and pleasant. We were a family with two children and a baby, and we got everything we needed. The breakfast at the place is charming, tasty and satisfying. Martina and the rest of the staff were very welcoming, helpful and generous with anything we needed. A dream vacation! Without a doubt we will return for another stay. Highly recommend.

“Simply perfect”

Location is exceptional especially for those nature enthusiasts. Rooms are highly finished, more looking like a flatlet rather than a hotel room. Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of local delicacies. It was a pity we stayed over for 1 night only. Simply perfect.

“Great escape in the middle of Tuscany”

Upon arrival the place felt very modern. Check in was easy and the people were very friendly and helpful. It was almost like a little apartment, with lounge, bathroom and bedroom. Also there was a lovely big fridge in the lounge. It was very well located between Caprarola and Viterbo. The facilities were great with a gorgeous swimming pool, play area for kids and work out space.

Beautiful location. Everything in the apartment was in perfect order. The pool, the whole environment is clean and up to a high standard. We used this location to visit places in the area. Rome, Terni, the beach. This location is a bit remote, but gives a wonderful place to rest after the touristic visits! Owners were very helpful, friendly and speak English very well!

Amazing property, very well maintained, beautiful and very peaceful. From the moment you get in the gates you feel at home. We only stayed for one night and wished we had stayed longer. The apartments are bigger than they look in the pictures and each has its own terrace which is great for relaxing in your own privacy. The pool and surrounding area are gorgeous. Everything was perfect, we only wish we had stayed longer. Everyone we spoke too was so friendly! Don’t hesitate to book it, you won’t be disappointed.
