Everything. This is a true 10 BNB. You have your own private 2 bedroom apartment with a lovely private bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the rooms a good size. You have access to a lovely lounge room with comfortable seating and a large screen TV. Outside you overlook the Tuscan Hills and can take it all in while sitting on a large couch under the porch. Breakfast was well above what we expected. It was fresh, plentiful and was different each day. The location is only about 20 minutes from Arezzo. A lovely place well worth visiting in Tuscany. Lastly but without a doubt the biggest reason this place is a 10 is the host, Rosanna. This wonderful host makes you feel like you are at home. She went out of her way to make us feel like we belong there. She gives you space to relax but is there if needed. She made us feel so special while we were there, even given us recipes to try back home. She is without a doubt the best host I have experienced in all my years of travelling. She made the trip so memorable.

“Amazing place”

Villa Spino is an amazing place, in an accessible place in the mountains, near Arezzo, above Capolona. The owner of the house is an amazing woman, a great hostess, The breakfast in the house is varied and delicious. The cherry on the cake is the amazing garden with beautiful plants and flowers, as well as the kind and playful dog Gioto. Words are not enough to describe this experience. It was hard to leave, but I would definitely return to Villa Spino.

Staying at Rossana's place was an absolute delight—cozy, quiet, clean, and comfortable. Rossana's exceptional hospitality, combined with fantastic homemade breakfasts and the company of a friendly dog, made us feel truly at home. The stunning terrace view was a bonus. Rossana's warmth made our stay memorable, and we eagerly look forward to our next visit.

One of the best travel experiences in our lives. The villa and its location are magnificent. Not to mention marvellous garden and a great view of a Tuscan landscape. But the true advantage of the place is its owner. Rossana The Great :) To start with her tasty breakfasts with delicious homemade treats and finger-licking cakes (every day – different cake). Then come useful sightseeing advices which were invaluable even to us, seasoned travellers who had been countless times to Italy. No to mention that the villa and the guest rooms were pristine with garden flowers upon arrival. PS. We came as guests but we left as friends. Thank you for having us, Rossana. Our host Rosanna was the worlds best Nonna! She will make your family feel like her family and will keep you fed with delicious homemade Italian food and beautiful wine from her own grapes. Incredible views of the local towns and the photos don’t do her property and garden justice. Highly recommend.

Firstly, the setting is simply divine, a very well kept and elegant garden, like that of Eden, greets you upon crossing the threshold. Rossanna is a very welcoming and gracious host, with that easy and most comfortable familial feel one expects from a lovely Italian mamma!

It was our second time in Villaspino and again it was like coming home for holidays. The unbeatable hospitality of Ms. Rossana, her cooking, the house and surroundings, her dog Giotto… it is an amazing place in Tuscany and I highly highly recommend it.

Everything was wonderful. Rossana the owner is a perfect host, she looks after us all the time and spoiled us with good food and wine. The location is wonderful and we can visit some beautiful places on a day tour, Rossana gives us some wonderful tips. Not the last, Giotto his dog is very playful and is a character too.

Rosalia is a wonderful, warm and friendly person. We were delighted with her hospitality, wonderful breakfasts and the entire stay. A unique place in Tuscany.

Set in the most picturesque area with a beautiful outlook over the Tuscan Hills, this was a home away from home. No photos do this place justice. Rosanna was the best host you could ever imagine and a fantastic cook. A must stay to have a real Tuscan experience.

Rosanna is the best host you can imagine. We stayed for 5 days and would have stayed much longer if possible. Rosanna took great care of us everyday and prepared amazing breakfast and dinner, there was also free icecream and Limoncello! :-) We immediately felt like family! The house is situated in the hills above Arezzo, the views are amazing, you are in the middle of nature and it is very quiet. We had one half of the house for ourselves the whole time including a huge terrace and amazing views. I can highly recommend Villaspino and look forward to coming back soon!
