“Family friendly authentic Italian farm!”
So authentic and beautiful. Carla was an amazing host. It was very child friendly, lots of things to do with kids. We had planned to do day trips in the area but ended up staying at the farm and hanging out by the pool because it was so lovely.

Carla is unbelievably accommodating, personable and accessible. She gives a sincere personal touch whilst at the same time letting you just get on with your agenda. I asked her for some local recommendations and she took the time to mark them on the map of Arezzo as well as giving me Hernien personal favourites for which I asked. I’d return if ever I’m around that beautiful area of Italy again.

If you're passionate about history and eager to explore the region in an authentic way, I highly recommend staying here. The property is rich in character and steeped in history, and the hospitality from the owner, Carla, was truly outstanding. In the apartment, I found a thoughtfully prepared guidebook about the region, including a list of local shops that offer discounts to guests of Azienda Agricola Il Pozzo. The setting is breathtaking — perched on a hilltop with panoramic views — and the nearby town of Arezzo is absolutely charming and worth visiting. We were also lucky to enjoy two dinners during the week, and they were fantastic. Everything was made with local ingredients, and every dish was delicious.

Carla is such a fantastic, warm and friendly host. I only left today and wish I could go back! The surrounds are just gorgeous, so green and luscious, and the pool is insane - so much bigger than I anticipated! Lots of sunbeds and umbrellas for all guests and definitely big enough too. My apartment was super spacious, very clean, had all the equipment I needed for the week. The arrival gift is so wonderful and appreciated. The dinners were fantastic every time too, make sure you eat at the restaurant when its open. Overall I really loved this place and its team, cannot wait to make it back one day ❤️

“A true Tuscan Experience.”
Fabulous historic buildings set in a lovely location. Carla was a superwoman and made us feel so welcome.The set dinners were a true Tuscan experience, far too much food but so delicious and great atmosphere outside or inside the restaurant.

“An amazing agriturismo that makes you feel at home!”
Carla was an exceptional host. Even though I arrived after hours, she made sure I was all settled and checked in over whatsapp. There was even an entire yogurt cake waiting for me in my room! Because there was an issue with the room I had booked, I was upgraded to a room with a beautiful view! The area is stunning and so quiet, and it was such a lovely authentic Tuscan experience. I also booked a cooking class which was so fantastic. They let me choose what I wanted to make so I learned to cook some of my favourite dishes and it truly felt like a big Italian family meal, instead of a pre-prepared, filled with tourists, kind of class. Would highly recommend to anyone!

“Beautiful!”
What a beautiful place. Carla is amazing, she was very kind, giving recommendations on fun things to do with our family in the area and went all the way making our stay great. If you are not speaking Italian well, her English is also perfect. The location is very pretty, as is the pool. The long-table dinners are really really nice and our kids loved the pizza making.

The apartment was beautifully decorated, spacious, and very comfortable. Carla welcomed us with a delicious gift of a homemade yogurt cake and local coffee. She and her family were very kind and hospitable. They hosted lovely multi-course dinners outside on the patio on two of the nights we were there. We also really liked having a full kitchen to cook meals and store leftovers. Carla was also very helpful with recommending activities nearby like the Arezzo antique fair and with contacting local wineries for tours for us. The property is gorgeous and well-taken care of. We are looking forward to coming back again.

It’s very beautiful, with beautiful views, surrounded by olive trees, fruit trees, herbs and flowers, the smell is amazing. Carla the host was wonderful, very kind and generous and really cares for her guests and respects her land and the history of the farm. There is a full guide of things to do in the area.

Charming place which is tastefully maintained. Everything you need to relax and enjoy authentic local Tuscan atmosphere. The pool is absolutely beautiful especially in the mornings. Carla and team are extremely welcoming and do everything to allow you to enjoy your stay!
