Overview
Situated on the Capo Vaticano peninsula, Villaggio Calispera features an outdoor swimming pool. It offers rooms and self-catering apartments. Peaceful holliday village on the cliff with stunning view over Eolian island and Sicily. Great pool and private beach. Rooms are very clean and quite big, with simple furniture. Plenty of parking space.

There are stunning views from this location wherever you look. There is a nice private beach which is frequently visited by people from the neighboring, larger beach. People at the restaurant did their best to make our stay pleasant.

“Best value 3 days in Italy. Loved it.”
The location was amazing. The view, the sunsets, the private beach (while it was a 150m/steps was worth it , quiet and an easy swim around to the other beaches, the pool , were all wonderful. We came by train and the resort picked us up at the station for 10€. It is isolated without a car but we knew that coming and had no plans to go anywhere else but relax for 3 days. Could not ask for more for what we wanted. Staff were lovely. Loved being there in the last third of September when it was quiet. Exceptional value for money.

This is a superb resort and surely the best in the area. Others, with far greater prices have a lot less to offer. It certainly has the best views. The apartment (no.30) was of a good size and very clean throughout. The private balcony offered stunning views across the beach and the cape, with the island of Stromboli on the horizon, complete with volcanic puffs! The hotel has an excellent restaurant, and we chose to eat there throughout our 4 night stay, rather than walk to more distant restaurants. We had no complaints with the food, and there is a small semi-shop where you can buy snacks, ice-creams and drinks. The pool area is clean and, best of all, does not close at seven in the evening like so many other places. We were in the illuminated pool at half ten in the evening, under the stars, which was a real treat. The resort offers its residents free sun loungers and parasols on the beautifully quiet little beach at the foot of the private steps from the hotel (255 of them, but they are screened, which helps with the heat). All in all, a very good place to stay.

“Very relaxing peaceful stay in an amazing location.”
The location was incredible on top of a headland overlooking the coast and Capo Vaticano. The view from the room was incredible and also a great view from the pool and restaurant. The hotel has a beautiful private beach and also a pool. Breakfast was very nice and the food and the restaurant is good. Would definitely recommend if you want to stay somewhere relaxing and away from large crowds of tourists.

Amazing view ( we were upgraded for free, which was really nice), the sea was beautiful and the almost private beach great. The swimming pool was also awesome! Also great that it was a quiet place, overall, and relative to the standard tourist village.
