We had a wonderful 5 days here. The place was very clean and had a beautiful pool which we used every day. The host was very kind and very informative about local things to see and do.

Everything! Totally perfect, clean, wonderful pool, perfect for holidays with children!

The villa is about 10 minutes away from the highway. We parked in the private spot within the property. The place is in perfect location, within walking distance to the beach and has an amazing pool. The host was very nice, allowed us to arrive earilied, handed over the keys and recommended us restaurants, shops and trips around the nearby areas. There's a bakery nearby where fresh pastry & coffee is available every morning, you can even get sandwiches. Across the street, there's another deli as well... A supermarket is about 100m away. The room was OK, beds were comfortable, kitchen has all equipment necessary for cooking. The outside terrace is designed in such a way, that we were not disturbed by outher guests. Overall, we had a very nice stay at this villa.

“Stay at Villa Concettina”

Everything is very well located with only a 10 minute walk to the beach. Many restaurants nearby are open until late. The pool is very well maintained and perfect for sunbathing in the day. The staff was very accommodating even though we was running a little late due to maps taking us the wrong way. He even gave us a list of restaurants that he recommended for us to go and try. Overall a really good stay with everything that is possibly needed.

“Nice place to explore north and north-east of the island.”

An excellent option for family accommodation in the north of Sicily. The price is high because of pool, but this is a general trend on the island. The apartment fully match to the description, everything is clean, works. We lived on the first floor, very convenient to go to the pool. Parking is excellent, the beach is 600m away, not central, but there is a shower, breakwaters, great for swimming. There is a bakery and an excellent ARD supermarket nearby. Andrea is an excellent host, which is rare for Sicily, speaks excellent English, and quickly fixed all the problems upon check-in.

Villa area was very nice and peaceful , the pool especially. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. We had the room with the biggest outside area for ourselves.

It's a clean and nice place , comfy beds and not much luxury. Pool on the other hand is big, and cleaned to perfection so kids enjoyed it. Host was great . P.S. good bakery with cafe down the street

“A relaxed time in a cozy hotel”

A nice place with a relaxed atmosphere. The room was huge, and there was a nice terrace and a balcony in the room. There is a beautiful big citrus garden and the smell from citrus trees was adorable. The swimming pool looked very nice, but we did not use it, since it was a bit cold outside and we stayed for one night only.

the host is very helpful and professional. He advised us about visiting restaurants and other things in the area. The swimming pool is a win anyway, especially for children. I highly recommend it.

Great place for a family. The house was divided into several apartments. The host was very welcoming. The pool area is a nice place to relax and cool off. There is a washing machine and a fully functioning kitchen. Great if you have children or if you are tired of eating out. Walking distance to bakery where you can get freshly baked bread, sweets or savory snacks. There is onsite parking. Although the apartment is not located in the main tourist area, it is a perfect budget accommodation for families that have their own car and prefer to interact with local friendly people.

Efficient and super well.kept

Over all we've had an amazing time at Villa Concettina. The hosts were amazing and very helpful with everything we needed. Beautiful pool and just the place to relax after a beach day. Would definitely stay again.
