1. Extremely cordial staff. Was also offered a complimentary breakfast on the house. 2. Provided complimentary private enclosed parking for my motorcycle. 3. The most efficient AC that i have encountered in Sicily so far !! 4. Recently refurbished modern interior / modern bathrooms

A little noisy in the morning, could hear the other guests leaving their rooms :S
