“Exceeded expectations”

Room was very clean and up to 5 star hotel standards with all amenities you would normally have in these hotels. Roberta is a brilliant host and gave her guidance of where to eat where to shop etc. Which is very helpful and normally you wouldn't get this from others. Modern finish to room bathroom and kitchen area with all equipment needed inclusive of dishwasher. Location is also good and in very close proximity to centre of capo diorlando and see front.

The problem was not with the accommodation itself, but with the host and the circumstances described below. We booked for 6 days, but after 4 days we left, exhausted and outraged. About 150 meters from our accommodation there was an extremely loud amusement park, which made it impossible to rest or fall asleep before 1 a.m. The least we would have expected was to be informed about this in advance by the host, so we could decide whether we still wanted to rent the apartment under such conditions. But this did not happen. We tolerated the situation for 4 days, then informed the host that we could no longer stand it. The host responded with various ridiculous excuses and comments (such as “we have to endure it too,” “why didn’t you check in advance what events are happening in town,” “with the windows closed you can hardly hear anything,” etc.). We asked for a refund for the last two days, but the host “graciously” refunded only about 40% of the amount, citing some so-called additional costs. An unfair, petty host.

Super friendly hosts. Great location. Walkable to pretty much everything.

I really liked the apartment, with everything you need. Super clean and beautiful. The location is very good, and the host super gentle.

Great room with separate kitchen/diner and en-suite bathroom. Decent price. Nice town. Super friendly host who spoke English perfectly. Walking distance to the centre of the town and to the beach.

Roberta and her family were very welcoming and went out of their way to cancel a night's stay missed through Illness. The accommodation was excellent and the bed very comfortable. Great accommodation and an excellent host.

Clean, tidy, comfortable. Kitchen was mostly well stocked. And beach is very close too.
