I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and professional throughout my visit. They went above and beyond to help me and even did me a favor that was completely out of the ordinary, which I truly appreciated. Their genuine hospitality made my stay especially memorable and comfortable. It’s rare to find a team so dedicated to ensuring guests have the best possible experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. I would gladly stay here again.

It was the beginning of the season and there were very few guests. The restaurant was still closed but they served a nice breakfast to their guests. Our room was very big, but the furniture is quite worn. Bathroom was new though. The managers were very helpful and friendly.

Nice small hotel close to main road, but quit, well equiped. Very good bed, spacy room. Pool and sun garden. Own parkong. Nice stilish restaurant.

Great room and really nice bar/restaurant and outdoor seating. The staff were amazing, as were our meals - trout from the river for dinner, and a fab breakfast. Bike friendly, with secure storage and even a workshop. Highly recommended. We were there just too early in the season for the pool, but got a free beer to compensate!

“Hidden gem”

Fantastic room, loved the breakfast bar area too. Breakfast options good. Would love to visit main season to appreciate the full facilities located on main road, eady to find, next to a super market. Reminded us of a retro motel from outside, then walk to the back (where reception is) and find an hidden oasis. The town is a short walk turn right a d right again after petrol station, over old bridge. The bars by the river and lovely.

I only stayed for one night at Hotel Storia, using it as a stopover on the way to Dubrovnik, but was throughly impressed with the service I received. Goga and the staff went above and beyond for us - messaging me to ensure I was going to make it before the time check-in closed, as well as ensuring we made the bus which would take us to Croatia. If you are passing through Čapljina, then I would highly recommend staying here!
