Wonderful location, friendly and helpful host

Very clean and well equipped apartment, it has everything you could need. Good location, just a few minutes to walk to the supermarket and the beach (which was by the way surprisingly warm). Doug is a very nice and helpful host.

Exceptional.

We had a very comfortable stay here in Fish Hoek with our baby. It is so well equipped for a family stay by the beach. It's right in the centre for all the amenities and the beach plus close to the start of the hike up to Elsie's Peak which was stunning. Doug is very helpful and on hand!

Everything. It is better equipped than my own home. Everything you will need is there, and more. The location is better than being on the windy seafront. Four-minute walk to the beach and many restaurant's. Close to shops and supermarkets. Train service is good value and very reliable / cheap.

The location is so central,close to the beach and restuarants, coffee shops and stores.i love the flipfile with information the host had on the coffee table and all the things he made available that one would need for a stay close to the beach i.e. body boards, a weber braai stand, outside seating and washing lines to dry off your clothes after a nice dip in the ocean.

Attention to detail. Doug is very good.

A really comfortable place for resting and relaxing to get out of noise of CPT. A short walking distance to coffee shops, groceries and beach. Also central place to stay if you want to explore other surrounding towns and beaches. Also got to go to church next door.

Wow, Wow, Wow!!!  We would have liked to have kept this our little secret but we had to share! We recently had the pleasure of staying at Twelveon 1st and it was just wonderful, so much so we have already booked for next year! From the moment we arrived, Doug went above and beyond to ensure our holiday was comfortable and we had everything and I mean everything we needed. Twelveon 1st is home, from home and from the first day we felt very relaxed. The accommodation is bigger than we expected and decorated very nicely and so clean! The bed is really comfy and the shower is perfect especially if you have a disability like my wife. The outside space is very private and a lovely spot to relax etc. We can’t wait to return to Fish Hoek, thank you for everything Doug and making our holiday perfect for us! Highly recommended!

Awesome spot. Close to beach. The accommodation is more like a small house. A lounge dining room bedroom kitchen. What a gem. Will definitely be using this place for my travels to Cape Town

We did not do breakfast at the accommodation. But there was more than enough crockery and cutlery had we chosen to cook there. Especially thoughtful was the outside ashtrays as most places just say no smoking on the property at all!
