Overview
The Residences at Crystal Towers offers luxurious apartments and is situated in the modern Century City, directly across from the Canal Walk Shopping Centre. The rooms all offer views of Century City and are elegantly finished with contemporary furniture and modern bathrooms with floor heating. They all have a lounge/dining area with a flat-screen TV and free WiFi . The kitchens are fully equipped for self-catering, with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and stove. There are many restaurants and bars in the Century City, within 500 metres from The Towers. The V&A Waterfront and cable car to Table Mountain are both less than 12 km away. Free parking is available on-site and an airport shuttle can be requested at a charge to Cape Town International Airport, 20 km away. All service rooms amenities are restocked daily.

“Very clean and professional but the room is in deteriorating state.”
The one shower was flooding the bathroom floor. Maintenance did 'repair' it but was still leaking water onto floor.

“Disaster!”
Extremely amateur staff. You can never find someone who takes responsibility. This is my second time I had to stay here which is again disappointing experience! When I stayed here first time, the check in was late. And now in my second check in today, I went to check in after 2 and the room was not ready again. They told me that “I can go to room but there are no towels and linens are not ready” !! How on earth can I check in if I cant take shower and use my bed????? I said ok and called at 3pm. Noone was answering. A lady answered the call from reservations and ahead was also extremely cheeky. I raised my voice because of the whole frustration and she said that “She is not the right person and I can not raise my voice to her 🤦♂️” She told me that “She will make a note and they will call back to me” Look at this, I pay to check in to place 2pm and they decide when I can go to my room to rest… A complete fail with management although the location etc is very nice.. I will never stay here again.
