Overview
Sunset Residence is located 300 metres from the shores of the Atlantic Ocean, walking distance to a nice square with restaurant and woolworths supermarket. Cape Town’s city centre with its restaurant and shopping facilities is only a 20-minute-drive away. The residence consist of 2 villas, 1 housing 3 separate entrance apartments and the other offering 5 separate entrance apartments. All self-catering accommodation includes a fully equipped kitchen and access to an outdoor pool. The Residence offers a 24-hour front desk providing express check-in/check-out. Other facilities include free Wi-Fi. Guest can enjoy water sports at the neighbouring Sunset Beach, such as kite- and windsurfing. The Milnerton Golf Course is located only 1 km away as well. The residence has a generator and is not affected by load shedding.

“2 star hostel”
This photo is announced as a four star accommodation. This is truly a miss representation. It’s more like hostel style. It’s pretty worn down, the blankets were smelly and the third bed was blocking the door to the bathroom. No soap available. Dirty pool. If you are looking for cheap accommodation with 15 minutes, walk to a beautiful beach (view on the table mountain) and 15 minutes right to Cape Town downtown, then this is your accommodation. We were shocked by the 4 star representation on booking. It’s a 2 star maximum 3 star place to stay, not more.

I liked Fabrizio and his staff's reception, it was professional and accommodative with good communication. Thank you! The studio was lovely, clean, and comfortable. The location is nice, safe, and quiet, perfect for a calm stay. Although if one is travelling for work/business/conference in the city centre, then the location may be farther than expected and one should be prepared for the traffic.

The location was beautiful and safe . Loretta was absolutely a darling so were the other girls . It was so quiet and peaceful and so close to the beach . It had everything you would need in a self catering apartment .

This place was amazing really enjoyed our stay here Fabrizio was an amazing host who welcomed us....we actually booked the place late but...after all we enjoyed our stay here...would really recommend this place...its safe and quiet too such a stunning view.. We will definitely come back during the holidays.

“A WOW Guesthouse with friendly staff, situated very conveniently to food, transport and beach!”
Fabrizio is a very friendly and helpful host. Property is neat and tidy. The location is excellent to visit Sunset Beach as it is walking distance to shops, 24/7 garage shop with take away food. Also walking distance to local transport into Cape Town. Walking distance to one of the most beautiful breaches overlooking Table Mountain!
