Overview
This guesthouse is located in Fresnaye beneath the Lion’s Head Mountain and just 200 metres from Sea Point promenade. It offers modern accommodation in relaxing surroundings. Sundown Manor is a 10-minute drive from V & A Waterfront and the convention centre. It is just 5 minutes' drive from the famous Camps Bay and Clifton Beaches. All of Sundown Manor’s rooms feature king-size beds or twin beds and en suite bathrooms are fitted with spacious showers. Free Wi-Fi is available in every room. Sundown Manor has a rooftop terrace, and a patio garden with an outdoor pool and sun loungers. Free, secure off-street parking is also available.

Very good location, in the heart of Sea Point. The colonial style house with a very cosy and nice atmosphere, you really feel like home. Nice terrace for breakfasts and for sitting with a glass of wine in the evening. Very pleasant owner. Mr. Gary Pentland-Smith, if you reading this - you are doing a great job, thank you. It had been a real pleasure for us to stay at your guesthouse.

“Great stop-over for a work trip”
Large spacious room with a nice en-suite, very clean in general and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great, especially the fruit options. Location was excellent for morning runs, close to restaurants and <10min drive to V&A.
