The location and the cleanliness

Lovely property in a fantastic location, within easy walking distance of the supermarket, bars, and restaurants. I felt very safe throughout my stay. The daily housekeeping was excellent, and having fresh water and milk provided each day was a thoughtful touch. The laundry facilities were really convenient, and I loved having access to a kitchen as well. The artwork and unique collections throughout the property gave it so much character, and the rooftop was a lovely place to relax. The quality hand soaps, shampoo, and other amenities were a nice bonus too. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and have already recommended this place to friends. I’d happily stay here again!

Staff were helpful. Location near the restaurants and beach was good. Just opposite the tidal swimming pool. Easy Uber transport into Cape Town and other locations such as Table Mountain.

“A genuinely exceptional experience”

What an incredible stay from start to finish. The hotel is absolutely beautiful with truly stunning views, honestly, the photos do it no justice at all. Every part of the experience felt thoughtful and luxurious. The staff were warm, friendly, and incredibly accommodating from the moment we arrived. We got there earlier than check-in time, and they kindly gave us access to the pool bar while we waited with 1 complimentary drin each, which immediately made us feel welcomed. Special mention to Arnold at the bar, who was such a treat and made the experience even more memorable. To top it all off, we were surprised with a complimentary room upgrade as an anniversary gift, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The room was spectacular and made our celebration feel even more special. Throughout our stay, the team consistently went above and beyond; from recommending activities to sharing useful contacts. The attention to detail from the housekeeping staff was especially impressive and truly top tier. The only thing I wished for was an on-site restaurant. However, the hotel does provide very convenient alternatives and honestly, it ended up encouraging us to explore more of the city, which became part of the experience itself. A genuinely exceptional experience and a stay we will remember very fondly. We cannot wait to return.

A very cool property in the heart of Camps Bay. Incredible location. The apartment was impeccably clean and the attention to detail was perfect. Freshly baked bread delivered every morning and complimentary food stocked in the fridge on arrival. Super comfy bed and a lovely bright and airy space to hang out. Would highly highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Cape Town!
