racist ladies by the reception. an elderly lady and a younger lady. My requests were not attended too on time just because l was black and that caused a lot of inconviences for me because l couldn't go do other activities l had booked for because of them.

Great location in a very safe part of town. It’s a 1 minute walk down to the water where you can watch the sunset with a nice promenade to walk along. The staff were also amazing and they went above and beyond. They were so lovely and made our stay so special. Jay Jay at breakfast and in the bar was specifically fantastic! The pool area is also great (pool was quite cold though!) Also nice, big comfy beds.

The room was far smaller than the photos, and the view from the room was on to the parking area with cars and people walking past the room window. The photos of the view from window showed no car park. With a partial view of the mountain. The hotel manager saw the photos of the room booking page and then apologized and said she would give us 20% discount. It’s been weeks after our stay and still no word of our discount. Not a great customer experience.

The hotel is airy, bright and inviting. Breakfast, the Cafe and the latter's staff in particular were excellent and very friendly/warm.
