Overview
Located on Kloof Street, we are within walking distance of a variety of parks, restaurants, bars, fashion boutiques, grocery stores, and of course, the famous Long Street! never@home Kloof Street is located 3.9KM to Table Mountain, Lions Head, and Signal Hill – with our rooms having views of them all! The property offers modern, private rooms or dormitory accommodations. All rooms have a private bathroom. Each room has a ceiling fan and the dormitories are fitted with bunk beds, international charging points, a compartment locker, and reading lights on each bed. At never@home you will find a shared lounge, a meeting space, an outside seating area, and a shared kitchen WiFi available throughout the property

It was clean, well kept, comfortable. Room had night light, lockers, personal charging station. Kitchen was kept clean as well. Very social and many nice group activities to join. Chill vibes, not a party hostel. On a café and bar street. Would stay again if in cape town

“Overpriced hostel with cleanliness and noise issues, but a decent female dorm and a nice shower view.”
On the positive side, the 4-bed female dorm was good, and the bathroom was clean. The view from the shower was also a nice highlight.

Located right on top of a barand I didn't know, I booked on a weekend night so it wasn't the best of experiences. 2beds put together with separate bedding 🙄😒. Got a backpacker kinda feel to it. It's great if you're after weekend fun on kloof st I suppose

“The Best Hostel Athmosphere”
I liked the activities schedule and the drive of the team to put people together. I also liked the voice of the yoga instructor delivering the sessions in front of the window of my room. :P . I was drinking wine from the bottle, he was stretching everybody's limbs. Ha ha!

The location is excellent for the city and its surprising quiet considering its near a good bar. The views of Table Mountain are great. The breakfast I’d paid for (which is just a short walk up and across the road) at Arnold’s Cafe is excellent.p

Fantastic location for foodies and people looking for buzzing nightlife. The staff are fantastic and it’s easy to feel at home here. The kitchen is great, with everything one needs to whip up something delicious. There are also tours and activities every day, so there’s no time for boredom. I loved the indoor workspace.
