It’s such a beautiful boutique hotel, it’s quiet, relaxing and surpassed our expectations. The staff are friendly, attentive and even remembered my birthday, the attention to detail is amazing. Honestly very impressed with our stay, it’s an experience that definitely stands out.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. We liked the large room and personal touches for our honeymoon. The cafe was lovely with a nice outdoor space. The team were very helpful with our car and also recommending where we should visit.

From the moment we stepped out of the car upon our arrival, the staff treated us like family. They gave us a warm welcome. They showed us around our rooms which were so large and cool to enter right from the elevator! So many personalized touches throughout out the room. Honestly, the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. The attention to detail was such a great spoil. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. In fact, we brag to everyone about our stay, in hopes they'll treat themselves or tell their family/friends to go.

Labotessa is a rare gem in Cape Town that instantly transports one to an European stay with a level that many top Cape town hotels can’t achieve. Beautiful garden and interior, every single detail looked after, so clean and well maintained and every single team member so friendly and helpful. The tiny touches like a hand written welcome card, complimentary wine/cheese/predrinks, the Diptyque hotel mini’s and not even to mention the stunning Diptyque boutique.

They helped with dinner reservations and suggestions on where to visit and took the time in researching things for us From the housekeeping staff to concierge, every member of staffs service was impeccable. Very well thought out design with a place for everything, and many amenities cleverly concealed out of view so your every desire is on hand, and you can admire the beautiful room and wider property without intrusion of function. Impeccably clean and in perfect condition. Tasty and healthy complimentary snacks and beverages in the room. Central for a taste of Cape Town and quick access to all the sites. Great breakfast available throughout the day.
