“Spectacular views of the Marina and a lovely 12-minute walk to The Waterfront”
The host met me on arrival and her kindness and attention were highly appreciated. The views from the balcony are really excellent and the security to enter and leave the Marina are top notch. I felt valued by the host and I felt safe and secure in the apartment. Access to the walkway along the canal was easy and breakfast at The Quarterdeck (a 6-minute walk) was lovely. The apartment was very spacious and had everything I needed down to a dishwasher and washing machine and dryer. I cannot fault the equipment and facilities.

“Perfect for a solo female traveller. Beautiful apartment!”
Most importantly, as a solo female traveller, I felt 100% safe. The apartment complex is secure. Walking out of the apartment, you come to a gate that you need your room key card to get in and out of. From there you are on the path to the V&A restaurant and shopping area. This path is within V&A waterfront itself so essentially there is security surrounding the entire waterfront area, and CCTV. You are within V&A waterfront the entire time. In terms of the apartment it was spectacular! Extremely clean and everything is high quality. It is really beautiful. The photos are beautiful but they still don't do the apartment justice. The apartment is bigger than I imagined, and the views are beautiful. Janine was absolutely wonderful and looked after me very well. The personal greeting at the security gate upon arrival was much appreciated. I will 10000% be back. Thank you Janine!

“Luxury apartment with fantastic location”
Excellent apartment, location so close to the VA wharf it suited us perfectly. Fantastic views over the canal and gardens of the complex. Extremely secure gated access and safe walking to all attractions in a few minutes. Secure car parking underneath apartments, however no need for a when in central cape town as we used ubers and the city tours buses as the booking office and pickup was 5 mins walk away! No hesitation in recommending this apartment.

“Fantastic stay at the Waterfront Marina”
The apartment Kylemore 405B is ideally situated at the Waterfront Marina with beautiful views on to the canal below. It is on level 4, so it is absolutely safe to leave the balcony doors open at night. The apartment is very modern furnished with everything you need. It was extremely clean and well maintained. The washing machine and the dryer are an absolute plus point. The balcony is big with two loungers and a table with 4 chairs. So breakfast on the balcony is lovely. There is also an underground parking which is easily reached by lift. Also you can walk in 10 minutes to the V&A Waterfront where a lot of restaurants and entertainment is situated. The walk is very safe as you enter the Marina via a chip system. We have visited Cape Town very often and I can say that this location felt the safest we have ever stayed. Janine the owner is a very nice lady who welcomed us warmly upon arrival. Janine supplied milk, orange juice and coffee capsules for the coffee machine as well as tabs for the dishwasher and washing machine. We can definitely recommend this apartment and would return again on a next trip to Cape Town.

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location. Highlights: - At V&A Waterfront, very safe centrally-located area with lots to see and do within walking distance - Secure underground parking for those who hired a car - Spotlessly clean - MASSIVE BED, so comfortable - Great air conditioning for hot days - Quality amenities, including washer, dryer, Nespresso machine, kitchen equipment - Highly thoughtful host, with all sundries you can think of provided Cannot recommend highly enough :)

“Just Perfect”
Absolutely immaculate , well placed for the V&A waterfront . Janine couldn’t t have been more helpful and was easily contactable . Kylemore 405B is and absolute credit to Janine, your every need is catered for, juice, water and milk in the fridge , tea bags and sugar so you can have that welcome cup of tea on arrival after a long haul flight . Bed and bed linen of the highest quality , washing machine and tumble drier so was able to freshen up our clothes before moving on. Beautifully appointed apartment within a few minutes walk of all that the V&A has to offer . Would 100% recommend this apartment , we loved it !

“Great stay and fabulous hostess”
The apartment had everything you could possibly need. Janine has thought of every detail, smart tvs to stream Netflix, Prime, Disney as well as DSTV. Cleaning products. A washing machine and dryer. Estate was secure. Walking distance to V&A waterfront. Small details like rusks, juice, milk, cotton pads and earbuds in the bathroom. It felt like home. I will definitely be coming back!

Our stay at Kylemore 405B was exceptional. The apartment had EVERY little comfort we needed and many other lovely little additions. Everything from check in to check out was smooth and easy.
