Stunning house with the most helpful staff in the world. We were staying for our honeymoon and felt like royalty at the hotel. From the beautiful room with its private terrace to the gorgeous pool with the most amazing view, everything was absolute luxury. The food including breakfasts, lunch and dinner at Curate never disappointed. There was even a pantry with snacks, juices and cakes to enjoy. Every evening we had a little surprise on the bed which made it so special.

Exceptional experience! The hotel looks like a castle, with so much art in it, manager told me they are the biggest private art collectors in Africa. Location is outstanding, interrupted views over the ocean and the amazing Cape Town’s sunset. Staff is wonderful, very helpful and attentive. I had a special request for candles and rose petals in the room on our arrival, and they made it so perfect and special. Wine cellar is so out of the ordinary, they impersonated a wine opener. Bar and restaurant are very good, and breakfast is exceptional! I asked for late check out and they gave it for free until 3pm, and I was very impressed that they even cleaned the room, as if I was going to stay one more night. Probably second best hotel I’ve ever been to (and I travel a lot, to many different countries). I will come back for sure!
