Grand hotel indeed. We stayed in the suite that had a 4-poster bed that was super comfy. Great baths& separate shower. Lovely antique furnishings. Super helpful & friendly staff. Loved it so much we’ve already returned for 2 additional nights.

The staff were amazing! Really cute and comfortable room, the highlight was definitely the staff, they made everything be so smooth and inviting. The location is the CBD so close to many areas, central location.

“Cape Heritage Hotel Gem”
My wife and I were greeted by a compliment of smiling and helpful front of house staff members. Check-in was immediate and we were escorted to our beautiful room. Everything was spotless, clean linen, fresh towels and possibly the largest bathroom ever. It was our wedding anniversary and the Cape Heritage Hotel gifted us a bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate. Breakfast the following day was a lovely buffet and an extended menu where I had a scrumptuous Spanish omellette. A huge thank you to everyone for an amazing stay. Next time will definitely be an extended stay.

Real nice staff and good location. We booked a Junior suite because of the nice pictures we saw of the room. We got the correct class of room, but the still was more Italian design. We looked at other rooms and we loved them ( as in the picture) but we were not able to change room.

This place is simply wonderful. From the moment you walk through the door, you feel genuinely cared for. It’s a cool hotel with real soul and personality. Breakfast was incredible - honestly, probably the best I’ve had in this area. To the team - please keep doing exactly what you’re doing!
