Excellent location and outdoor facilties. However I wasn't aware of all the stairs. Very inconvenient as well as lack of parking. I struggle with my knees. Not really suitable for elder guests. Bathroom needs upgrading. Bed and bedroom comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff especially the night porter who reserved a space for me. Very central for restaurants and the Waterfront.

“Did not like it at all and the property is old”
The wooden floors are loud and the fact that there is no parking on site was the worst experiece because when you park on the strrets the neighbours call the police on you even when you are not blocking driveways. Was called in my room twice to move the car because the police were outside called by the neighbours.

“Excellent accommodation”
The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, the staff were always smiling and helpful, and it's a safe area not far from the waterfront and other attractions. And breakfast is included!

“Staff members are excellent but in some areas the price is not worth the stay.”
The swimming pool and dining/seating areas were a real good touch. The staff was exceptional. Best staff members at a Guest House that Ive encountered.

Unit 24 light above mirror in room not working so lighting is bad for hair and makeup. Shower door is slightly broken. Blinds in bathroom doesn’t close to the bottom. But my stay was really great. Love the place. Beautiful

“Lovely, quiet stay in a good location.”
If you’re a walker, the location is good. The Waterfront is 10-15 minutes away, and the neighborhood is good- lots of food options nearby. My room was big and quiet. The team was nice.
