Really enjoyed our stay here the breakfast was on the best breakfast we had in a long time. The fruit was out of this world so fresh my girlfriend keeps going back for seconds with the yoghurt and fruit. The property was gorgeous of Dutch revival Cape architecture style. The rooms were gorgeous very traditional but nice and location was great. We stayed in another areas in Cape Town but this area was our personal favourite had a sense of nice established community with all the essential you needed and the bar across the way/coffee shop was amazing as well. The staff were brilliant !

“Wonderful stay in a beautiful old house - couldn't fault it - brilliant.”
Started our month in South Africa here for a few nights before moving on to the garden route and beyond - and what a perfect start it was. Such a beautiful comfortable house in a lovely setting with views of Table Mountain behind it. Stefan and his team could not have done more for us - he told us it was our home for the time that we stayed with them and that's exactly how it felt. We would love to come back again

Beautifully presented, clean and stylish with amazing views. Bed was extremely comfortable with bad backs this was fabulous! Breakfast was incredible, great variety and cooked perfectly.

“Loved my stay at this beautiful guest house!”
Maaike is an incredible host and she made me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. Acorn house is such a beautiful guest house, my room was lovely and the location is perfect. Loved my morning routine with a fantastic breakfast by the pool and also loved that there was a pool for hot afternoons! I'll definitely return next time I'm in Cape Town!

The rooms and building was beautifully furnished with good quality linen and products. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was great, lots of nutritious options and plenty of portions. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Very much felt like a (luxury) home away from home.

“Don’t hesitate to book!”
The staff are all so helpful with planning your day / tips on what to do and the pool was a lovely relaxation. It’s in a quiet, safe area and was easy to get around all main sites. There is an AMAZING cafe just opposite that also sells water / snacks etc so can get ready for the day ahead. Breakfast was lovely and my room was very spacious and has everything you need - even makeup remover wipes!
