Proximity to beach and walking tracks with a nearby beach being off leash area for 4-legged family members. The hosts were also very considerate providing coffee beans for the coffee/expresso machine and useful pantry items, particularly given the nearest store/supermarket is in Wonthaggi. Proximity to Phillip Island was also handy.
